Very happy with these plants - conifer hedging. Bought 50, delivered in two well packaged pallets (on the day of the storms!). What I appreciated was the cling film securing them, and being in root balls with hessian wrapping, meant they kept moist. I planted in two stages to suit my landscaping project two weeks apart, and all was fine and plants remained healthy.
