“My water filter was on advanced order when I placed my order. Osmio kept me updated and it arrived in time for the date I needed it. Not used yet as it is a gift for a forthcoming birthday.”

“With very fast processing of my order, quick delivery of the ordered items, excellent quick set up guide, it only took a few days from ordering my Osmio Zero to enjoying the benefits of this great device. It has certainly improved the quality of our hot drinks, as well as providing excellent non scaling water for me to use in my espresso coffee machine. Only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner.”

“Due to COVID-19 the order was delayed and this was conveyed to me by email. On arrival the only real way I can see for improvement is the explanation of assembly is poor to say the least. Cheapest paper Limited English explanation and terrible diagrams. Eventually managed to make it work with out it leaking”

“Good quality filters, delivered promptly. They do need replacing every 4 months rather than the 6 suggested but that it probably the very hard water where we live”

“My Pre-order help and advice from Osmio was very good. Water filter system arrived in France 2 days after ordering. Installation was clear and simple, worked as described. Now we are drinking really clear, safe and tasty water. I highly recommend”
