It was good but after the first go it started doing a problem where it constantly does a 4 minute cycle on repeat and the power button wont work i have let the battery die and charged it again but this problem is still occuring see if you can help thanks

Hi there, I’ll m really happy that you adked me my thought as I’m try to communicate with you with no success as the guy I’m talking with doesn’t really care about my feedback. The machine is nice I really like it. But there is some issue on the finishing like glue and rusty marks which make me feel like if I bought the machine from a basic Chinese website. Even more after I found out that you sell the same machine with issue on EBay Osmio outlet account for £100. That’s just not serious and I’m thinking to buy the Us machine from now on

Purchased the 'sanitising kit' as it pictured a discrete housing, in keeping with the colour and fittings of the installation......sadly received a totally different style of housing... large, black, and designed for 1/2 inch fittings, although step-down adaptors were provided. but - it's a bit oversized and chunky, and is indeed in reality an 'inline sediment trap' as it has the fine mesh insert in the bowl. this is all very well, but not what i liked about the pictured item and i regret now purchasing Four of these, trusting i would receive exactly what was pictured, detailed, and advertised. The picures and details need to be changed to reflect the true likeness and dimensions of the product. i feel i've been missold on this. disappointed.

The problem starts with the description of the unit, which is probably the dental plus home unit. But who can tell the website is ambiguous to say the least. Anyway assuming that you've managed after phoning Osmio the unit arrived promptly- hooray. Spoke too soon. it arrived in a large box, no trouble with that but the components were poorly labelled. It gets worse, no problem, I thought, I'll identify them from the manual. The manual is a manual itself in how not to write a manual. No page numbers, no revision date, pictures with arrows pointing anywhere. Numbers on the arrows which neither relate directly to the text nor a component or a procedure. No clarity as to what's packaging and what is functional component. One filter does not get a mention in the " manual" at all. Ditto one plastic washer- is it a transit fitting, does it go at the top or the bottom? The key that helps to unscrew the rightmost filter will not fit over the fitting behind the filter. The display is small and should be angled unless the person is lying down or 0.5 m tall. My previous countertop model was far better but wasted space so it's possible to get this right and the other company that supplied a machine, theirs did not work at all except for the couriers making money carrying spares so Osmio are slightly better in that theirs worked up to the first filter change. Now the water tastes of mud again so we're back to the start but somewhat poorer. Customer service was average, Osmio did answer the phone and people did get back but it felt as if they were better at selling stuff than sorting it out. Yes, I know like everybody else but that doesn't make it acceptable

Worked fine for 3 days and has started to leak from the bottom...I made maybe 6 fills a day...pretty disappointing for £180 product

I was not informed there would be a delay on dispatch and delivery when ordering replacement filters. Furthermore, on attempting to change the filters, and sanitize the system, the instructions I had, from the download of the manual, on originally purchasing the Fusion, was, by far, inadequate, and inaccurate. I only discovered an updated version existed when I called the technical line regarding the inadequacies and inaccuracies. In future, if or when you update your product manuals, it would be considerate of you to inform your customers of this occurrence. Thank you.

I loved this water filter & was sooohappy That the filters it was provided with lasted for nearly 6 months. Sadly the next lot we bought only lasted 3 months which is a massive massive disappointment & makes me wonder if they’ve made them different now so they don’t last as long! It doesn’t make sense as our water consumption hasn’t gone up. Big thumbs down for me - these filters are v pricey to be doing a change this often. It’s a bit like food in the super market we now pay more for smaller portions - I won’t but this again& May have to get rid 🤦‍♀️

Despite the assurances provided by the really helpful and friendly staff of OSMIO the ordered filters have not yet reached my address in the Rep. of Ireland after almost a month delay or more. This has created unrest and brought us in an uncomfortable position. Initially, I was assured that the filters will be at home last Friday 21/4. A new email received from DHL states that my order will arrive on Wednesday 26/4 whilst unluckily, I'll be out of the country on a business trip. I only hope that a member of my family will be at home to receive it. I am not in position to respond your questions below as the delivery has not been made. I feel sorry and disappointed.

Great idea and I thought it was one of the most affordable filters on the market. The problem is, no matter how much I love it (and I do) it's just a silly, expensive machine. We have had to change the cartridges every 2 months and the water is not even that hard where we are. On top of that, there seems to be a never-ending fault with the 'fill tank' light. Customer service are helpful but it's just a bit endless with the problems. Maybe it might get fixed but this machine doesn't seem very robust.

The package was in a terrible state but items inside ok. Could include which filter goes where 1 & 3 as they appear the same. I choose to collect the parcel from drop off point (Argo Oldbury)

Customer service is next to useless, the bottle helps in many ways , but!!!, The battery only haves about 15 cycles before it needs recharging, and after 2 to 3 weeks it reduces quite considerably, so after 5 weeks , you get 5 to 6 cycles , before recharging the bottle, is it worth £180.00? No !!! Not with the useless customer service you do not get.

This was bought for me as a present from my son, after about just 6 months of use the heater unit stopped working and the attempts to purchase a replacement heater unit came to nothing, considering the cost of the machine I would expect spare parts to be readily available. You said we needed to return the whole machine, the cost of returning this would have been beyond what we could afford being we are on a state pension. We now use this just as a cold water filter, we have heard others complaining about the faulty heater units so because of this we rate it low, which is a shame because otherwise it is a well made functional unit....Mary Jackson

The gravity filter itself is not as sturdy as it looks. The worst part are the filters. They turn green in matter of weeks. Literally we have them growing algi. Which doesn’t make it last long. Would not recommend it.

Product looks good, however customer service and tech support is dire. Our plumber had to ring you a number of times, after leakage, was assured only one o ring on each filter casing when another one dropped out of housing, another call, assured there was only one, but there are two on each. Need to brush up on your own product knowledge.
