“It produces lovely clean water. I then have to put water in the fridge as it does not come out cold enough but I can live with that.”

“Replacement water filter cartridges arrived and now installed exactly as requested. Brilliant product and a very happy customer here in Highland Perthshire. Regrettably, delivery was not as expected (no direct fault of Osmio) so could suggest you change the courier service for future deliveries?”

“Purchased an Osmio Mariella filter tap in 2019 which has been very good apart from a minor drip from one ceramic cartridge after about 5 years. Was pleased to be be able to obtain a replacement cartridge from Osmio, although a little pricier than a generic replacement. Order/delivery was easy and quick with good communication. They supply a good range of filter cartridges.”

“The product is very good. I think I may have lost something in the translation, however, as I thought I had ordered 4 x 250g water purifyer pouches but received 1 x 1000g pouch. Other than that all is very good.”

“The order delivery was very quick and efficient - however one of the bottles was damaged in transit and leaking. Your email asked that any damage was reported within 48 hours- which I did - but have received no acknowledgment”

“We sent our osmio back for a service as after almost 5 years it was starting to malfunction. We had a bit of a hiccup when we received it back as it had misaligned in shipping but the osmio customer service team were very responsive and now we have our fully functioning osmio back! I love the taste and convenience of our counter top osmio.”

“I purchased this product after extensive research, and I believe it is one of the best home water filtration systems available on the market. I chose the tank version because I wanted the flexibility to place it anywhere in my kitchen. I fill the water tank with 6 litres, but on average around 2 litres of this becomes waste water. Unfortunately, there is no option other than pouring this water away. I need to refill the tank 1–2 times a day, which honestly surprised me as the water runs out quite quickly. Another issue is that when the tank is empty, you have to remove it and reinsert it for the system to work again. Lifting and placing a 6-litre tank back into position is not something everyone can easily do. That said, I’m very happy with the water quality. It completely removes the unpleasant taste of tap water. The residue that used to appear on the surface of my tea and coffee is now gone, and I drink the water with complete peace of mind. I’m giving it 4 stars. I’ve deducted one star for the reasons mentioned above, although these may not be an issue for everyone.”
