“I am in the USA and was happy with the machine itself. I purchased the filters online, paid for shipping, and after the package was shipped, DHL charged me an additional $45 in customs/import fees that I was not informed about beforehand. Because of this unexpected charge, it wasn’t worth buying the filters. If you are selling to customers in the USA, you should be transparent about any potential customs or import fees before purchase so customers can make an informed buying decision.”

“The water is great. Heated, chilled etc. the dispensing speed is very slow. Not good if you want volume and the main issue I have is that it uses wastes as much water as you get out so massively increasing water consumption”

“Brilliant service. Made a recent claim on the warranty that I had on one of the filtering machine bought a few years back and the customer service reaction was prompt, efficient and smooth. I’ve received the part by mail in 2 days from the moment the claim was acknowledged and my filtering machine is back to normal. Can’t fault neither the services or the products. Highly recommended”

“There was an elastic band around the tube which I left as it was too tricky to remove, so I assumed it was meant to be left on. A short diagram enclosed in the delivery of the of the instal would be do . Specific to the UV . The online one makes it a bit complicated due to all the variables”
