“We use the Osmio mini system and are really pleased with it as it softens water and reduces limescale without salt. Ordering refills for the unit is easy through their website and dispatch and delivery is very efficient and prompt.”

“When we first purchased your water system the filters lasted at lease 6 months. You have since changed them and now we are told you have to change them every 3 Months at a cost of almost £50. It is clear yku are just ripping us off and I wish we hadn’t ever out the system in. Last time I ordered 2 filters and yku delivered one. The assistant on the phone was very accusatory about this insinuating that I had indeed received 2 but was trying it on. Subsequent to an investigation a joke you graciously delivered another one. In summary perhaps now you are Putting profit before your customers!”

“The heating unit seems to be a refurbished one and not mentioned in the description. lso the tube connecting to the heating unit was glued and not possible to remove without cutting it. It's better to provide the replacement tube and accessories as well.”

“Bacteria was growing inside our machine as the water was smelling. Osmio said its not a sterile environment and bacteria can grow in it even though I had put Milton through it”
