“Osmio Zero 2.0 worked fine for 1 year, out of their 3 year warranty period. Now it just floods the room. They are refusing point blank to honour their warranty, insisting I flood the place again and that is "fine"/"normal", which it is not, having not had that issue at all in the first year of ownership. Not at all robust and the warranty is dishonoured. Avoid”

“Updated my zero from the old version and I’m so happy. Much quieter, smoother operation and amazing water, especially considering London tap water is basically a chalk solution! They sent a free electrolysis salt water-bleach spray too, which was a really nice touch.”

“The hose inline filter comes with 3/8" BSP adapters, which allows the fitting of Hoselock fittings. Very easy to use, but the filter must be limited to 3 litres or less per minute flow rate, to avoid damage.”

“I've used Osmio products in my most recent properties when I've lived there. I have been very happy with the two filter units I've bought. I just bought replacement cartridges - they arrived next day. Easy to fit, I bought O rings and grease and I've had no issues. 100% positive feedback.”
