“The world of water filters is complicated. I had more questions than answers until I found this Kent-based company who took me through the details. Mark is their in-house expert who patiently answered all the questions I had without trying to push me into a sale. So refreshing to talk to someone who actually knows about their products! I like the fact that they can supply unit parts if needed in the future. Also that the machine can go back for repair, if you find you can’t do it yourself. In this throwaway world, this is amazing.”

“I have been with osmio for more years than I remember. Not only for there excellent water filters, the customer service is second to none. I never have to remember what filters I need every 6 months as osmio keep excellent records. Wonderful company.”

“1) I asked to speak to an engineer a number times, but no engineer contacted me. 2) Before sending, I was given various tasks to check why the pump was not turning off, but no task was given to 'shake the unit to see if the tank float is stuck'. The problem occurred after we had been away for a few weeks. The problem was resolved by sending the unit to you in the post. 3) Thus, it was unnecessary to send you the unit, and so £75 was a complete waste of my money and time. Anthony Fowler, W3 7LW”

“I recently installed the Osmio water filter and I’m very happy with it. The improvement in water taste was noticeable straight away — much fresher, with no strong chlorine smell. Installation was simple, especially with the push-fit connections, and the system feels solid and well-made. It’s also easy to maintain, with straightforward cartridge replacement. Overall, a great value option if you want a reliable and effective under-sink water filter. I’d definitely recommend it.”

“I purchased a 4-litre distilled water machine at a very good price, and delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the on/off button was slightly faulty. I contacted the company Osmio Water and spoke with Mark and Sam who responded quickly via email and phone. They requested proof, so I sent a video showing the issue. I then spoke with Sam on desk both of them was excellent—professional, clear, and very helpful. A replacement was arranged without any hassle. I returned the faulty item and received the new one promptly. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the customer service. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I would definitely buy from them again. Excellent service.”
