“Personally I consider Osmio a excellent company to deal with from ordering to delivery every thing you would expect a first class service. The Osmio water machine is a excellent product i would recommend using this for your daily water supply for the whole family.”

“Absolutely first class support, they could not have been more helpful when I had a problem fitting a replacement filter cartridge which caused damage to the dual filter housing. A replacement housing was immediately dispatched to me without me even having to request, let alone order, one. This level of helpful response shows the exemplary trustworthiness and integrety of this company.”

“I like the product but I just got it so not sure if I am seeing the help benefits yet. Easy to use and simple instructions. Would be nice to have a traveling case. Also, I live in the USA and the power adapter they send is for Europe. That is disappointing. Figured they would have all sorts of power adapters.”

“The people I've been in contact with have been very helpful, and the two things I'\ve ordered have arrived promptly (well, one went to the wrong place but that was DPD's fault, not Osmio's). The proof of the pudding will come when I actually tyry to fit them,”

“I have been dealing with Osmio for a few years now. I have rung and asked advice and always found the people I speak to very knowlegeable and helpful. I have just purchased one of the Sanser bottles and find this works very well. But! I was very disappointed it was made in China. I am not the only one who is trying not to buy anything made in China. I showed my Sanser to a friend who was very keen to purchase one from you, but refused, when I said it was made in China.”
