“Shower head doesn't seal correctly and does leak. Tried with several shower hoses. No Orange Scent. Disappointed. In addition took two deliveries to get the job done. Poor.”

“1) I asked to speak to an engineer a number times, but no engineer contacted me. 2) Before sending, I was given various tasks to check why the pump was not turning off, but no task was given to 'shake the unit to see if the tank float is stuck'. The problem occurred after we had been away for a few weeks. The problem was resolved by sending the unit to you in the post. 3) Thus, it was unnecessary to send you the unit, and so £75 was a complete waste of my money and time. Anthony Fowler, W3 7LW”

“Bacteria was growing inside our machine as the water was smelling. Osmio said its not a sterile environment and bacteria can grow in it even though I had put Milton through it”

“We bought this system the Osmio ultra soft tap filter kit plus 3 way tap last year so to do away with water jugs, but this is a poor and inferior system, the cartridges do not last 6 months as advertised and to have them lasting 2-3 months we have to have the water running at a very low flow, as advised by the customer services team because of our areas hard water. Not easy to change either. We have had a previous system from another company which worked much better. Disappointed, as had to buy new tap and pay for plumber to install this whole kit.”

“I asked for a repeat order inv 26280B6E-0001 FEB4TH 2025 £58.20 and was sold a replacement pack SKUE300BDL for £84.49 I queried the increase but was told that was the new price . I now see there is a Limescale filter in the kit ,my water already goes through a water softener,I was not asked when placing the order Richard Gamble”

“The lady on the phone told me how easy installation would be and that’s it’s practically DIY. Turns out this isn’t true, it doesn’t work on my property without replumbing my kitchen. Now they are charging me £315 because i threw away the outer boxes…. Yes you heard that right. They are trying to push you into buying and then make it impossible to return”

“I am very surprised and bitterly disappointed with the 3 litre humidifier 2 water container. This is made with very low grade, incredibly thin plastic (Copet grade 1) that is usually only recommended for one off use, hardly what you need with a machine that is used every day!. Why Osmio have put their name on this product is concerning and how it's passed the normally high Osmio quality control is beyond me. I have spent a great deal of money on quality Osmio products over the years but if this is anything to go by I will be need to check very carefully in future before buying any further products.”

“The new filters I recently bought are terrible. They are so chalky. I had seen other reviews complaining that the new filters are chalky, even after weeks of usage. They are really bad (having been such amazing filters before) and I will be returning them.”

“Unfortunately my machine has been giving me troubles. To use only once I have to left the back lid and wait 5 mins for the water to filter. Filling up a bottle takes 15 minutes and I’ve just had a baby so it’s been very difficult. My machine is under warranty and I’ve emailed the company about the issue and they are very slow at replying to my emails. I need a resolve asap but their customer service doesn’t seem very efficient.”

“Osmio Hydrogen Duo Bottle At first it was all good. Despite not being provided a plug and there being no charge cut off, I followed all the rules to the letter. Then from nowhere the red button of beeping death and the product stopped working. Not to worry, thinks I, I’ve paid top dollar for a quality item so support will be great. Not so much. Every excuse blaming me and not the product. What charger do I use? Please send a picture? From a generic plug to usb charger they determined it is the wrong one. I can buy a new battery apparently. Absolute rubbish. So disappointed as the bottles cost a fortune. If I were you I’d go elsewhere where you can get the same quality for less and, to be frank, the support can only be better than I have experienced.”

“You purchase the under sick set which comes with a ceramic filter & limescale filter. You then sent out a reminder saying I needed to replace my filters. I bought the replacement and the replacement is 2 LIMESCALE filters & no ceramic filter. The ceramic filter + the limescale filter cost is over half the cost of the undercounter set itself.”

“The filters arrived without the required parts for installation. These have now been ordered and installation is booked again for next week. Very dissappointed unit could not be installed because requisite parts were not supplied.”
