I am very surprised and bitterly disappointed with the 3 litre humidifier 2 water container. This is made with very low grade, incredibly thin plastic (Copet grade 1) that is usually only recommended for one off use, hardly what you need with a machine that is used every day!. Why Osmio have put their name on this product is concerning and how it's passed the normally high Osmio quality control is beyond me. I have spent a great deal of money on quality Osmio products over the years but if this is anything to go by I will be need to check very carefully in future before buying any further products.

The new filters I recently bought are terrible. They are so chalky. I had seen other reviews complaining that the new filters are chalky, even after weeks of usage. They are really bad (having been such amazing filters before) and I will be returning them.

Unfortunately my machine has been giving me troubles. To use only once I have to left the back lid and wait 5 mins for the water to filter. Filling up a bottle takes 15 minutes and I’ve just had a baby so it’s been very difficult. My machine is under warranty and I’ve emailed the company about the issue and they are very slow at replying to my emails. I need a resolve asap but their customer service doesn’t seem very efficient.

Osmio Hydrogen Duo Bottle At first it was all good. Despite not being provided a plug and there being no charge cut off, I followed all the rules to the letter. Then from nowhere the red button of beeping death and the product stopped working. Not to worry, thinks I, I’ve paid top dollar for a quality item so support will be great. Not so much. Every excuse blaming me and not the product. What charger do I use? Please send a picture? From a generic plug to usb charger they determined it is the wrong one. I can buy a new battery apparently. Absolute rubbish. So disappointed as the bottles cost a fortune. If I were you I’d go elsewhere where you can get the same quality for less and, to be frank, the support can only be better than I have experienced.

You purchase the under sick set which comes with a ceramic filter & limescale filter. You then sent out a reminder saying I needed to replace my filters. I bought the replacement and the replacement is 2 LIMESCALE filters & no ceramic filter. The ceramic filter + the limescale filter cost is over half the cost of the undercounter set itself.

The filters arrived without the required parts for installation. These have now been ordered and installation is booked again for next week. Very dissappointed unit could not be installed because requisite parts were not supplied.

Think its pretty damn stupid to charge £200 for a hydrogen bottle and not include some blue drops so you can actually test its working. But no, they want you to spend £50 on the drops on top of what youve paid. I HATE corportate greed over customer satisfaction, its so wrong

I get 5 10min bottles then I have to fully charge for at least 2 hours to get a full battery again. £180 to wait around on hydrogen water? Is it worth it? 👎 NO waste more time charging when I can just drink mineral water and hydrate just as quick in the time it's charges again.

Not recommend this company . Cancelled my order as a I queried the £6 p&p for putting two tap covers in and envelope.

Very disappointing that the "requires maintenance" button is still flashing after replacing the filters. Cartridges are expensive. Lots of water gets wasted on every fill up.

I am pleased with the bottle but very dissapointed in the battery performance. Despite following instructions for charging, it only seems to last for a few cycles and then needs charging again. Considering this cost me £200 I feel sumwhat diddled!

The water always tasted bad with chemicals taste for the first whole month of using new filters. After one year of using the machine, i have emptied it and stopped to use it for 2 months, then i have sanitised it properly, changed new filters - and for 3 weeks in a row i am drinking a water with the mold and plastic taste - its too expensive machine and filters to have so much issues with it - not recommended

I feel compelled to set the record straight given all the positive reviews here. The Osmio water filter is not fit for purpose since the company expects customers to descale the entire appliance which involves removing dozens of tiny fiddly screws and reassembling small parts. I was not offered adequate customer support and had to cut my losses within less than a year. The appliance is expensive and high maintenance.

Telephone communication wasn’t helpful or easy to hear. New filters and cloudy water so I’m not sure if my purchase was correct! That’s why I phoned and wanted to purchase directly.

We did not find any difference in the water quality after changing the filter, not sure why it is supplying water without any taste change.
