Sadly the order arrived from the supplier with no warranty, missing nails and no instructions. I had to chase for this as the customer service was poor. It would have been better if Osmio restricted sales of their product from them only. The product itself once installed appears to be wonderful... finding an engineer to do it was the other challenge and would be better if trained engineers were offered as an add on service
