I was very excited to receive my new water filter system and gear to get it set up … I still haven’t been able to set it up and use as the bung I need to shut off one of the filter holes doesn’t come with the system . I live alone and It is recommended to only use one of the filters so I was shocked that I then had to order them off you separately at a cost of £6 for two . Ok I thought …a bit steep and should have really been supplied … but then you want to charge me £6 to post two tiny bungs that if I had known I would have put it on my order . I messaged the company to explain my disappointment … only to be told oh well the bungs tend to smell anyway ??? I Re-explained that I needed them as per instructions and was told well your welcome to buy one …. Again missing my point of cost of postage and the fact it should be included .. so I’ve ordered one from eBay for just over a pound . So buyer be aware if only I one person house hold . Can’t comment yet on quantity of water but the glass and mango wood look smart .

Still getting floater's on our tea, but we've tried various brands on the water at the caravan Filey, it must just be bad water

Filters are good but packaging dreadful - old cardboard boxes, good to see them recycled, but not up to the job

Parcel was badly broken, had been opened and resealed. Not overly impressed with the response, although I was offered a replacement, which I declined.

We are having a problem with the Osmio water filter machine, it does not filter and gives a replace water warning even though the water container is full. I thought the problem was related to the filters and changed the filters, but the problem was not solved. I would be happy if you could help us with what to do.

When it is working, this is an excellent RO system. However, it is far too complicated to change the filters and as such after my second machine and at least four years of using the time has come for me to give up. I am too old to work out which pipe goes where. May I suggest that some sort of colour coding or numbers on the valves or pipes would make it easier?

We had problems fitting the system. It took a plumber over 2.5 hours to connect the tap to the filters and he had to solder new pipes and buy some new attachments. One being a pressure value to stop the pressure building up. I wish we had known this before we had bought it.

I reset the fuse and the machine worked. I then purchased some new filters. Unfortunately a showtime after this the machine started playing up again and felt very hot and was making strange noises. As it is 3 years old I have now disposed of the machine. I feel disappointed that I spent about £60 on new filters now. However the machine has served me well for the past 3years. Thanks. Mike.

I live on my own & only want to use o of the ceramic filters a a time but I am forced to use the two filters at once because there are two holes & you haven’t supplied me with a blanking of nut & bolt. Also, the nuts on the filter units are plastic, so it is easy to jump thread & damage the plastic thread whilst tightening the filter to the hole in the glass. I know you cannot tighten too much where you have a hole in glass but a plastic nut on a plastic thread doesn’t allow you to get enough pressure on the compressible washer to get a good seal, there is just enough pressure to get a seal and it feels very fragile like the plastic nut could jump a thread & then you’ve lost your pressure & the seal. We need stainless steel nuts to go on the throw away plastic threads on the throw away ceramic filter units. Disappointed in the low-level engineering for the high price of these products.

The service and products are excellent so far, but the process for descaling and sterilising take hours and are a real pain.

The filter housings are quality but I had a nightmare trying to get the fittings the 1” bsp double male fittings tight enough to seal. Had 2 leaks off the same fittings. Some more thought on putting unions on them to tighten them individually would be better.

I have no complaints about products I purchased which are filters. I am very pleased with my Coldstream system and the quality and taste of the water are brilliant. Delivery tho is not. DPD is the worst possible choice for the delivery company. They do not leave parcels in a secure location leave. They left the parcel with my neighbor which I do not want. The worse was the parcel was damaged on the delivery. The way it was damaged suggested that someone split the edge of the parcel to find out if there is something valuable to take. Luckily filters are packed well in tubes so there were not contaminated. I wish Osmio use a different delivery company.

My order went astray with the delivery service used by Osmio.. I wasn't happy to be charged delivery for my item, especially being a week overdue now.. Grr!!!

The speed of delivery was great ..however I found the whole adding tax confusing ..I'd rather when I see a price it's the price I pay .. for this reason I bought my osmio duo from another supplier

There is no way to know how much of the product is left so can't be sure when to replace the filters. A transparent container would help

Osmio products are generally founded on good ideas but I find their products over-priced. The in-line shower filter I bought recently was £59 and is made entirely of plastic; no metal, so the durability of it for the price is questionable. the replacement Vitamin C cartridges are similarly extortionately priced for what they are: a small plastic housing with very cheap to buy ascorbic acid powder inside. And yet they are £35 for three. I honestly think Osmio could put more of an emphasis on people over profit.

I really wish you still did the old push-fit filters as the adaptors to the push-fit were seeping until I got teflon tape on them.

Ordered 10 rubber washers. These would quite comfortably have fitted in a jiffy bag or even a standard envelope. What arrived was a medium-sized box stuffed full of paper with the ten washers lost inside the box! Thought we were supposed to be saving the planet. As for the washers, ten rubber washers were ordered and arrived quickly.
