“The price of the filters I use has become so very expensive and postage is high. I’m really disappointed”

“I am in the USA and was happy with the machine itself. I purchased the filters online, paid for shipping, and after the package was shipped, DHL charged me an additional $45 in customs/import fees that I was not informed about beforehand. Because of this unexpected charge, it wasn’t worth buying the filters. If you are selling to customers in the USA, you should be transparent about any potential customs or import fees before purchase so customers can make an informed buying decision.”

“The water is great. Heated, chilled etc. the dispensing speed is very slow. Not good if you want volume and the main issue I have is that it uses wastes as much water as you get out so massively increasing water consumption”

“This filter does not reduce the water. Hardness checked it with a water testing kit and it is general harness is very hard still. Basically it's a carbon filter that takes out the smell of the chlorine.”

“I didn’t receive as much confirmation as I had been expecting, but it was over Easter so that might be why the communication wasn’t so good. When it did arrive it was packed well and met all my expectations.”

“The heating unit seems to be a refurbished one and not mentioned in the description. lso the tube connecting to the heating unit was glued and not possible to remove without cutting it. It's better to provide the replacement tube and accessories as well.”

“The brass 1 inch fittings in the filter housing have been difficult to plumb without leaking. Have stripped out and redone twice now following your instructions and still experiencing issues.”

“Ordering and delivery fine but the screw fitting to remove and replace is a nightmare. Even with modest pressure, the cylinder leaks unless it is tightened far more than would be expected. This makes it impractical for anyone without an extremely strong arm to unscrew and refit the cylinders.”

“I accidentally bought the Osmio 2.0 replacement filter pack that missed the internal small circular filter that goes inside the water tray unfortunately there was no option to buy this seperately so I ended up spending over double the amount I intended and would appreciate a subscription 20% discount for subscribers that most websites offer for long term customers”

“Products are really good. But the instructions that come with them are nonexistent to awful. My Indra pro 400 there was nothing to say which way up cartridges went, where the washers go, if i need the grey thkngs (NTP adapters I found out, not that it told me) or thin hose, or alternate ways to connect to a tap, nor even what's cartridge and what's packaging (how much to remove) or when I might need to use the centring disks, nothing helpful at all, not a thing! Installation instructions such as they were, was basicallly "its a filter, install it". Turns out after much searchjng, there is a pdf but ..... not enclosed digitally or printed (not even on the product page), I had to search for that with google..... That said its all done and sorted now. Looks really good as a product but desperately needs information update and clearly findable online and enclosed. Then I'd be able to give 5 stars.”
