Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that the handles are missing. We had replied to your initial email asking if you had checked the back of the unit, as sometimes the fittings pack can move in transit however we had no response.
I have now requested the handles be sent out and these should be with you in the next day or so.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the pallet, the courier should have collected this. We do also have a dedicated number on our delivery notes that can be called to arrange pallet collection, should the courier fail to remove it as in this case. Please let me know if this still needs to be collected and I can arrange this for you. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
