Great little filing cabinet and I love the fact that it was already assembled and all I had to do was put on the castors and drawer handles. Reasonably priced and prompt despatch. Great range of items on the website. Will be ordering an office chair soon.

Cabinet arrived damaged. Rang and a new one arrived the following day. The damaged one was also collected very pleased with product and service

Very good price, excellent product but delivery company is pathetic.They do not send you any notification about the delivery time, Nowadays every courier gives you option to change or rebook if the date or time is not suitable. you only comes tyo know once delivery is failed. Even after emailing them about the business opening time they turned up at the time when business is close. finally one fine day they turned and deliverd this chair. BTW the chair is perfect no issues with the produce. My sincere advise is please change your courier partner.

The purchase process was seamless, and the delivery was prompt. The chair's quality was excellent, but unfortunately, it didn't suit my body as expected, so I had to return it. The customer service was outstanding, with clear communication and a straightforward pick-up process. Despite a significant delay on my part due to work travel, the customer support team was incredibly helpful throughout, making the return hassle-free. I will definitely use their services again.

Thank you for your review. Having looked into your order, I can see that you selected our free delivery service. Upon arrival, the courier found the delivery address closed and no answer on the contact number. When we contacted you to ask for a redelivery date, you advised you'd like to cancel the order and we refunded you in full.

My experience with OfficeSupermarket has been nothing short of infuriating. They sent me a faulty chair, which I only discovered after assembling it a few days post-delivery. When I reached out to their support team to explain that I didn’t have the time or energy to disassemble and repackage the chair for return, I expected a degree of understanding and assistance. Instead, I was met with complete rigidity and a blatant disregard for my situation. They robotically insisted on their terms and conditions, demanding that I repack the chair as it was, regardless of the inconvenience to me. I asked for a simple replacement or refund, but the advisor, Zanteta, displayed an appalling lack of empathy and professionalism, outright ignoring my requests. It’s as if customer satisfaction is the least of their concerns. This was my first purchase from OfficeSupermarket, and it has left me full of regret. It’s outrageous that I am being penalized for receiving a defective product that wasn’t my fault in the first place. I will never shop with them again, and I strongly urge others to avoid this platform. Save yourself the stress and disappointment! Order number: OSM37283

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear of your experience. Having looked into this, I can see that we offered to replace the chair, however our couriers would not collect any items that are not boxed. However, you could use the box that the new chair arrives in, to place the faulty chair in. We could then arrange collection. It appears that you did not respond to our offer to send out a replacement chair. Please let us know if you would still like a replacement, and we can get this delivered next working day.
