“The Two desks were just as described, and arrived on a pallet in excellent condition the next day. the driver was very friendly. The desks were very easy to assemble and took about 20 minutes. They look great and are very sturdy.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the pallets, the drivers should take the pallet away with them. If they are unable to/refuse to, then there is a number to call on the bottom of the delivery note where we can arrange collection of the pallet.
“Very impressed with this company from the very beginning, when I ordered, I wanted it delivered the next day but I was quite late in ordering. it arrived at 9:30 in the morning. The only problem was there was a dent in one of the drawers, but I phoned them straight away And they replaced it no hassle at all. I was able to keep the other one until the new one arrives so I could continue doing what I wanted to do over the long weekend. Well done to all involved. .”

“The delivery was timely and given the large size of the furniture it was packaged/strapped on a pallet thus preventing damage during delivery, so no damage equals a happy customer! Thank you Office Supermarket :)
Note: I had previously ordered the cupboard via Amazon Marketplace and twice had to reject the delivery due to damage. The supplier was notified of both delivery issues and did refund my account”
“I had been conversing with the online help at Office Supermarket as I have been looking to purchase a desk. Living in Aberdeen, I am always cautious about hidden delivery costs so I asked if it was free delivery to my postcode. I was told that it was. A few weeks later (after payday) I placed my order and was then told of a delivery charge of over £200. My order value of £700 was immediately canceled and now I have to wait 5 days for the money to go into my bank before I order with another supplier that has confirmed they give free delivery to ALL UK Mainland and not just specific areas, even after I advised on my postcode. I will not be using Office Supermarket ever again.
Yes, I accept the courier sets the cost, but £200 is excessive when another company can offer it for free.”

Regarding delivery charges, we are transparent as possible, and list any chargeable postcodes clearly on our delivery info pages. Regarding the time taken for the money to go back to your account, unfortunately that is the banks/card providers standard advice, however this may not always take the full 5 days.
“All the furniture was really easy to assemble. Very impressed by the quality. The shelves and the backs of the units are to the same spec as the rest of the unit, so very strong. Also impressed that the back of the unit is veneered as this is in sight. Looks good and feels good to use.”
