I really thought the service for ordering was excellent. The reason I have given an average rate is because i cannot fit in my foolscap box files that have a sturdy top and bottom to keep in better condition to ones without this. If the unit could be just that little bit higher to accommadate these would have got an excellent. i ordered online so did not chat with anyone but emails were sent on order and the progress, which was no problem

Product is fine and delivery quick and well packaged. Tracking information did not work so had no idea when they were due to arrive. Area for improvement.

The two-drawer filing cabinet arrived on time and in good condition when unpacked. However, the loose parts to be fitted had come adrift from the tape used to secure them, which left me an extremely difficult task of extracting them without completely dismantling the drawers. This was eventually achieved by tipping the unit on its side and clawing the parts to a point where I could get my hand/arm in to retrieve them. It rather spoilt the arrival of the unit, although it is now in a usable condition.

The furniture itself it lovely but delivery and notification of delivery was dreadful. The items were delivered to the wrong address and as I’d not received notification I was not aware until 4 days later when the house owner where the furniture had been delivered knocked on the door.

Arrived well packaged but two of the motors had fallen out of the legs and I had to spend ages working out how to put them back again.

Their website allowed me to order several items that were out of stock which is a bit frustrating. I now have a six week wait! Had I known this I would have looked elsewhere.

My order of a large bookcase was delivered without the fixings required to assemble it. Customer service rectified the problem after I sent a couple of emails. They arrived after a 2 week wait. I am satisfied with my purchase.

1 star for excellent product 2 star for quick and easy payment 3 star for the excellent customer service when I eventually managed to speak to someone on the phone. Unfortunately you lost two stars, 1 star for taking 10 days to deliver product when it was sold on next working day delivery and lost a second star for not replying to email enquiries through your help desk.

All received in good time, quality product but is far from an ergonomic chair. Has no seat tilt function. Very basic for the price.

My desk came very promptly but unfortunately I was only informed when it was despatched and I was not given any more info than that. The desk was really well packaged and in perfect condition. It was delivered on a pallet which I wasn’t aware of. I have had to dispose of that at my own cost.

Thank you for your review and I have looked into why you were not notified of the delivery. Regarding the pallet, in most cases the driver will take the pallet away with them at the time of delivery. However, this does not always happen so we provide a contact number on the delivery paperwork for you to call to arrange for the pallet to be collected free of charge. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

Not impressed with the delivery dropped the desk off on a pallet and the driver refused to take the pallet away

Thank you for your review and I am sorry for any inconvenience cause by this. I have escalated this with the courier as the driver should be taking the pallet away with them. However, on some occasions they do not, and that is why we provide contact details on the delivery note for you to call to ask us to collect the pallet. I have checked and cannot see that you have contacted us to arrange collection of this. I have now asked the courier to go back and collect ASAP. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.

The website was easy to use, and the selection of products was great. I received and email confirmation to advise that my order was being processed and was guided to download the SHOP App to track my parcel. The app showed my parcel as being shipped. Delivery times were supposed to be 1-3 days. However on the 4 working day I still hadn’t received my parcel. I contacted them via the website and they responded quickly to say there was an item out of stock. My item won’t be delivered now until at least next week. Obviously my son was a bit upset because he can’t set up his computer on his desk especially as the item was showing as in stock when we placed the order. But these things happen!! Hopefully things will all run smoothly when the stock returns.

Thought I’d ordered the lighter desk but a darker one arrived is it to late to change it as Iv thrown away all the packaging Lovely desk and jyst the right size Regards Chris

Took four days to deliver which was okay. Comes in a box and needs some assembly which was reasonably easy. Slight damage to back of chair but not in noticeable position so have not taken any action, see photo. I would avoid using the "Track order with shop" link on the web site, this directs you to download an app which then asks for permissions to access your email. From a security point of view I would stay well clear.

Well the process was all good and efficient so can’t complain. But we did have the wrong instructions for the wrong desk that we brought. (Instructions were for a similar version with less pieces.) which meant we also didn’t have enough parts to put it together. Thankfully I had spares from another item and we worked out the construction so, I won’t moan too much. But it could’ve been worse for others!

Firstly, I ordered 2 units but 1 should have been a 2 drawer. When I rang up the person was very unhelpful and said I would have to pay to return the unit. I then bought a 2 drawer as needed a filing cabinet. However, although it says it takes A4 hanging files it is very tight and difficult to use. Not very pleased but can’t afford to return them.
