Send my order after more than a week after paying 12 pounds delivery charge and they went wrong size . Now have to wait further week or more for the correct one to arrive

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. Upon looking into this, I can see that there was a picking error in the warehouse and the incorrect item was sent. We have arranged for the correct item to be sent as soon as it arrives back in stock. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. The couriers should always take the pallet away with them at the time of delivery, however unfortunately this does not always happen. I have checked and can see that you contacted us to let us know that the courier had left the pallet behind. I can also see that we confirmed back to you on the same day that the pallet would be collected within 3 working days. I can see that the pallet was collected as advised within the 3 working days so please us know if there is anything else that you need us to do. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

I will never buy your products, ever. Very bad quality for very higher price. paid over 2k for things I can buy better from IKIA for 500.

The desk I had ordered arrived soaking wet and damaged on a pallet. The delivery driver refused to take the pallet with him but just left it. Replacement desk did not arrive at the time given (in fact hasn’t arrived yet at all), and the driver who was supposed to take the damaged desk back did not want it as it was not in the original packaging anymore. I was advised by the customer service to remove the packaging in order to assess the water damage in the first place. Customer service is friendly and helpful but the rest of the operation is just astonishingly poor.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. We are arranging for the damaged/wet desk to be collected as per our emails to you. Regarding the fact that it arrived damaged initially, this has been escalated with the courier as it should not have been delivered at all in this situation, and the courier should have advised us of the damage that had occurred with them. The replacement desk should have now arrived, so please let us know if there is anything further that we can do for you.

Equipment great, internal team great but shocking delivery contractor used which must change if you want to have a sustainable business and reputation. Only window for delivery is 8am-6:30pm :-( Delivery attempt 1 - no communications or shortened delivery window and tried to deliver to a different town Delivery attempt 2 - no communications and when I chased at 2pm I found out it wasn’t even loaded and was damaged Delivery attempt 3 - success albeit no communications again and just left at the door In this day and age you must do better and to not have a 2 hour window on the day of delivery is unacceptable when every other supplier manages it and some give you a 30 minute window.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear about the delivery experience. Having looked into your order I can see that we've already escalated this with the courier concerned in order to understand what went wrong on this occasion. We work with a selection of courier partners and always ask that the customer is called by the driver around an hour before delivery. Unfortunately it appears that this did not happen with your order. I have escalated to the depot manager, so that the driver in question can be spoken to regarding this. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the desk top arrived damaged, this should not have happened. However, I have checked our system and cannot find any record of you letting us know this. It's disappointing that the first time we are aware of the damage, is by you leaving a poor review. If we had been made aware of the damage, we could have collected and replaced within 48 hours. Please let us know if you would still like us to this.

You shouldn't sell something not available in your store. If the mistake is originated from your internal suppliers, in this case refunding the money of customer not enough , you should at least give some vouchers as an apology for wasting their time

This has now been resolved and the stock level on that product is now correctly displayed on the website. Apologies again for inconvenience caused by this.

The chair I ordered was expensive. The levers jammed and the chair arrived in a dirty, damaged box. I was not happy with this purchase.

Ordered a chair on the Wednesday due to the fact it was promising delivery by Friday didn’t arrive until the Tuesday and that was after I had contacted them. The courier was blamed .

I ordered a calypso ergo operators chair but it came without the lumbar pump which is why I specifically ordered that chair. After contacting customer service they got back to me promptly but said the missing part needed ordered (as the chair back needed to be changed) and would be with me in 2 weeks. In addition, the chair was packaged quite poorly with a hole in the packaging box when it arrived and the internal chair parts not wrapped in any kind of protective plastic to reduce scuffs while in transit. The product itself seems good but ultimately a different chair model to what I ordered which was quite disappointing

Our order was fine and delivered on time however firstly we never got an email or text telling us when it was turning up. Secondly the driver dumped the delivery on our drive and didn't even bother ringing the doorbell (we just discovered it there when we next opened the door). Finally it was left on a huge great pallet which is a pain for us to get rid of - I complained about this and one of your customer service representatives said she would get the pallet collected but that was on Wednesday and it is still on our driveway. Not impressed.

I have to leave a poor review even though my desk was ok and of good quality..... The reason is simple, the delivery driver has caused me a huge problem by leaving a huge and I mean seriously HUGE industrial sized wooden pallet on my driveway... refusing to take it away!!! It’s comical, a tiny desk strapped to a huge wooden pallet the size of a family car!!! No communication from this company. AVOID IS MY ADVICE

The products are good and the team at the main office are friendly but the delivery time (next day) was not achieved. Ordered Monday, received items (desk and set of drawers) on Thursday. Not bad by any means but not next day.

I ordered a high back office chair. The chair arrived in a very battered cardboard box. When I opened it there was absolutely no padding around the chair, and so the fabric of the seat was a bit worse for wear. There was also absolutely no paperwork in the box: no assembly instructions and no receipt. The seat back wouldn’t stay in position as it kept falling down and I couldn't see any way of locking it in place once it was at the correct height. I was also disappointed that the chair took three days to arrive when I selected next day delivery.

After I ordered and paid online, I heard nothing for more than two weeks. Then I called to ask about my order, I was told it was a failed delivery due to nobody at home. I explained it’s impossible cos we are shielded at home 24/7. I was asked to confirm my mobile number. A couple of days later I received an email that my order is out of stock, there were never any delivery made. I was shocked. After three weeks, I get nowhere. No impressed.
