“Alaskan grey oak cupboard is great, the only problem was it was delivered ‘kerb side’!! Needed for ground floor private home, so had to be put under carport until DIY man came. If it could be delivered to home/office ground floor it would be perfect”

Thank you for your review. Regarding the delivery, we do offer a few delivery options including room of choice and installation. These can be selected during the check out process, where the costs and lead time are also calculated.

“We were certainly very pleased with the quality of the filing cabinets. There was a problem with the communication regarding the delivery. The box of the second cabinet had many holes, dents in it but fortunately the cabinet inside had not been damaged at all. Thank you for a very good product”

“The office chair we ordered is exactly what we wanted. The delivery was from a 3rd party ( assume directory from the maker ) so wasn't sure about the delivery for a moment. The packaging was damaged but the chair was fine.”

Thank you for your review. Regarding the pallet, the courier should have collected this. We do also have a dedicated number on our delivery notes that can be called to arrange pallet collection, should the courier fail to remove it as in this case. Please let me know if this still needs to be collected and I can arrange this for you. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

“Excellent service for ordering furniture online, many companies had no stock - ordered and delivered the following day, only problem is that there were a couple of small bits of damage to the items! Not worth returning but spoiled the experience somewhat - otherwise excellent service!”

“Next working day delivery was as advertised allowing for intervening weekend. Courteous delivery driver. Pleased with quality of products supplied as ordered. Minimal straight forward self assembly with included fittings viz castors, handles. Robust & solid desk with no 'wobbles' when cams tightened. There is slight, possible transit, damage in one of the cam apertures but not visible externally & didn't affect the assembly or post- assembly rigidity so not an issue. The drawer unit is already assembled just needing the screw-in castors & drawer handles to be user attached. All in all very happy.”

“I ordered a filing cabinet which unfortunately was damaged on arrival so I sent it back & asked for a refund however I'm still giving 4 stars as the customer service I recd was really excellent. Kathryn was very efficient and replied to my queries very quickly. She even chased up the collection courier without me having to ask her. Once it was picked up the refund was processed the next day so I coud not fault the customer service at all. Perhaps they've made changes to the way they handle issues or maybe there is new staff, but either way, I didn't experience the issues mentioned by other customers.”
