“I've never ordered from this business before and was a little concerned as there are so many"fake" online businesses around. They had fabulous reviews and best prices. Placed my order which arrived in a few days, size was not correct so needed to exchange. I emailed them and they got straight back to me telling me what to do. Sent my shoes back by post which you pay for with invoice inside telling them the size I wanted to exchange for and the new pair arrived 2 days later! Fabulous service guys. Will definitely use you again⭐”

“My order arrived perfectly, the shoes fit well and I’m very happy. I bought the Altra all weather walking boots, my second pair as they really help with my plantar. So I was more confident buying online because I had this style already. I will buy from this company again if they keep sticking Altras at a keen price x”

“I ordered a pair of Hokas to try as I’ve got awkward width feet. These guys sent them to me fast and I have no complaints about the service. Unfortunately I had to return the shoes through no fault of Notthern Runner, and the refund was sent very promptly”
