“I found this company to be one of the best online retailers I have used. My order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had chosen the incorrect size. “Sent me a wide fitting in error for order No.WEB314740 , so I sent an email on the 1st April requesting they cover the cost of return postage as it was their error after all. Yet to receive a reply as of today the 10th April. They don't answer their phones, but I left two voice messages where their messaging service advises it's better to send an email, rather than leave a phone message, as they'll aim to get back in 24hours!!! Yeah right. I think its better I don't ever deal with them again after this. Leave it to you to decide whether you should. You've been warned!!!”
