“The shoes arrived OK but we're too tight a fit. The goods have since been returned for a refund. I have decided to shop locally. Otherwise the service was good, it's a shame the shoes were the wrong fit for me.”

“Not impressed with my first order with this supplier paid extra for a 48 hour service they didn’t turn up until five days later which was too late as they were a gift then told I have to wait for courier to declare them lost before the supplier would take any action”

“Competitive price. Item in stock in the correct size and arrived promptly as promised. Muh happier supporting an independent rather than a big corporate. Would have been happy calling and asking for advice had I needed it. That's an invaluable service and becoming rarer, so it's important to buy from people like Northern Runner where possible.”
