“Communication was excellent throughout. Dispatch and delivery was really quick and free. However, I’m awarding 5 stars because the way in which the refund was handled. The garment was close fitting, a bit too close. I returned it at my expense and upon receipt I was refunded. The process was painless. Some might expect free postage to return but I’m a realist who respects that this is a small price to pay for the convenience of shopping on line. Thanks for the service NorthenRunner.com.”
