“Sent me a wide fitting in error for order No.WEB314740 , so I sent an email on the 1st April requesting they cover the cost of return postage as it was their error after all. Yet to receive a reply as of today the 10th April. They don't answer their phones, but I left two voice messages where their messaging service advises it's better to send an email, rather than leave a phone message, as they'll aim to get back in 24hours!!! Yeah right. I think its better I don't ever deal with them again after this. Leave it to you to decide whether you should. You've been warned!!!”

“It was time to purchase a new pair of Brooks Addiction 2 Walkers. I did a search and Northern Runner’s came up as as the cheapest option. Experiences elsewhere before made a bit nervous of just clicking but visiting the site it was clear that this was a proper business. The system worked faultlessly and the shoes came very slickly and were perfect, brand new shoes. So this is a five star purchase: best price in the market; faultless service and and great quality shoes.”

“II brought a pair of Topo running shoes from NorthernRunner - I had never heard of them before but after looking on line - and Im somewhat surprised typing with Co Pilot on laptop which recommended this type of shoe - I contacted NorthernRunner and was very impressed with their quick responses via email. Once ordering I was also extremely impressed how quickly my new running shoes arrived and absolutely love them. Just got to wait for a foot injury to sort itself out but they are extremely comfortable. Would I recommend NorthernRunner - of course I would with hesitation :)”

“Ordered new running shoes as a birthday gift, they were a fantastic price and arrived early!!! Biggest challenge was hiding them until the birthday.... where I failed miserably however recipient was delighted with them. I will definitely use Northern Runner again for kit. :-)”
