“Ordered a pair of shoes in last years model as I preferred those, they were out of stock in my preferred colour and they were very quick to apologise and sent photos of alternative colourway as an option, which I was happy to accept. Very reasonable price also, and great customer service.”

“First time ordering from Northern Runner online & I'm super impressed. Great website layout so it was easy to find the shoes I was looking for. Fantastic value for money including free postage in UK. Easy to place the order & complete payment for the shoes. Great communication from the team at Northern Runner updating me re' ETA of my delivery. My Brooks Ghost 16 arrived promptly, fit perfectly & I love them. Will definitely consider ordering from Northern Runner again & have already recommended them to my sister who is looking for new trainers.”

“I'm disappointed by these shoes and extremely upset that they can't be returned after worn outside. How are you meant to test them properly inside. They were comfortable and light when worn in the gym/ indoors before I decided to keep them. They offered medium support in my 10k, but I don't know if I would wear them for a long run again. It wasn't enough support for me who suffers from plantar fascitus. Also, I would recommend going a size bigger as both toes next to my big toes were bruised on my 10 k which I thought wouldn't happen with the wider toe box. I think I'll stick to Asics moving forward.”
