“Very comfy shoes and good looking. I wear them for work not running in. Because I have wide feet, high instep and a bunion I think a size up would be better for me I went .5 up and they feel slightly tight for Bare foot shoes.”

“Got 2 pairs marked as "wide" but none fit my foot. Shame the returns aren't free. I got another 2 pairs from a different website and managed to get the "wide" fit and easily returned the pair that didn't fit me.”

“My second pair of Hoka's, same model and yet they feel different. Not as much cushioning or support which has really surprised me. Not uncomfortable but def not the same comfort as first pair.”

“My order came so much quicker than expected which was great as I was late ordering a gift. Expected Monday, came Friday. Product ID whst I ordered but recipient hasn't tried it yet. My only issue is that it was massively over packaged. The item was about 15cm X 3 cm X 3cm but the bag it came in was about 75cm X 50cm folded multiple times and heavily taped so I had to cut it to open it. I usually reuse these bags. What a waste of plastic. Makes a mockery of the carrier bag tax.”

“I ordered a gift voucher for my daughter in law which I assumed would arrive by post as I'd been asked for her address. The voucher was emailed to me instead, which was fine as I could forward it to her but it would have been nicer if she'd recieved it by post.”

“Service and prompt delivery but the particular style was wrong for me so they were returned for a refund. Why is it so difficult to get Brooks Adrenaline Women's style in white? They are the only shoes that really fit me.”
