I ordered Altra VIA Olympus 2 trainers on the recommendation of my podiatrist as I have been having difficulties with my feet. These trainers might be wide but it feels like walking on stilts! They also lift my feet at a weird angle - I can only walk very slowly in them and almost immediately had pain in my hips and lower back. I usually walk all the time but these trainers are unusable

This company the thief they send me wrong shoes I returned the shoes back and it’s been two weeks. They didn’t refund my money so be careful who you’re buying for they don’t respect customer.

I ordered trainers on 19th Feb. Royal Mail lost them and getting tracking info was a nightmare. Northern Runner seemed to be on the case and dispatched another pair…to the wrong address. I pointed this out and they said they’d fix it. I’ve just had another dispatch note and it’s for the same wrong address AGAIN! Now it’s 6th March and no trainers. I will not be using again and want a refund

Great service, no issues and would definitely use again, however, I bought (amongst othe things) the OMM mitten. Utter garbage, better to wrap your hand in a duster. Feels cheap, zero warmth (even over 2 x pairs of gloves) and the mitten covers are no better. Live and learn!

Ordered size 12UK came with size 12UK written. However, the shoe itrue size is 11uk

Received item , package had clearly been resealed , labels had been removed , item of clothing had hair ALL over it , very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!.

The delivery was hopeless. My request to leave the parcel with my neighbours was ignored and an almost incomprehensible message was left telling me where it had been left. I eventually guessed what location was being referred to. It was a block of flats several streets away from where I live. Otherwise the shoes were fine. The 1-star rating is purely in regard to delivery.

Unfortunately I have received a very poor experience, so much so I am in the middle of emailing the sales teamas I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT? This was unfortunately a gift for a birthday that has been and gone, so I will be asking for a full refund. Sorry about this.

I was buying this for a Christmas present. Arrived promptly but upon seeing it I was horrified the quality. All seams were waterproof but the fabric would have split at the slightest pull don’t mind paying the price but want quality to go with it very poor

Ordered a pair of trail shoes two weeks ago, firstly they sent the wrong size which I had to go out of my way to return and then the replacements never arrived so it looks like I’m £125 out of pocket for the next week or so. Apologies are all well and good but they don’t fit on my feet and they don’t refill my wallet. Won’t be using them again.

In this rare unfortunate instance, the manufacturer had put a UK12 in a UK11 box, so there was no detecting this issue from the warehouse upon dispatch. You agreed to the correct size being sent in replacement, so no refund would have been processed. We sent a free return postage label immediately and the replacement was sent as soon as you provided proof of dispatch of the incorrect shoe. 29th August - Original order dispatched 31st August - Return label sent 2nd September - Replacement sent Apologies for any inconvenience, we passed the feedback to Altra. I was very disappointed with the shoes as they arrived. They had a very different feel to shoes of the same make and model I'd bought before (hoka challenger 6). Far less support and traction and just generally felt like lower quality shoes. I'm disappointed that NorthernRunner would allow for their customers to buy shoes that might cause injury or just loss of enjoyment.

My parcel was never recieved. Evri emailed saying that the parcel had been delivered but it hadnt been collected and there was nothing left at the door or at the surrounding buildings. There was also no picture. I have contacted evri and they have reccommended to speak to you about the next steps. I am hoping for a refund or possible replacement. Thankyou
