The delivery was hopeless. My request to leave the parcel with my neighbours was ignored and an almost incomprehensible message was left telling me where it had been left. I eventually guessed what location was being referred to. It was a block of flats several streets away from where I live. Otherwise the shoes were fine. The 1-star rating is purely in regard to delivery.

Unfortunately I have received a very poor experience, so much so I am in the middle of emailing the sales teamas I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT? This was unfortunately a gift for a birthday that has been and gone, so I will be asking for a full refund. Sorry about this.

I was buying this for a Christmas present. Arrived promptly but upon seeing it I was horrified the quality. All seams were waterproof but the fabric would have split at the slightest pull don’t mind paying the price but want quality to go with it very poor

Ordered a pair of trail shoes two weeks ago, firstly they sent the wrong size which I had to go out of my way to return and then the replacements never arrived so it looks like I’m £125 out of pocket for the next week or so. Apologies are all well and good but they don’t fit on my feet and they don’t refill my wallet. Won’t be using them again.

I was very disappointed with the shoes as they arrived. They had a very different feel to shoes of the same make and model I'd bought before (hoka challenger 6). Far less support and traction and just generally felt like lower quality shoes. I'm disappointed that NorthernRunner would allow for their customers to buy shoes that might cause injury or just loss of enjoyment.

My parcel was never recieved. Evri emailed saying that the parcel had been delivered but it hadnt been collected and there was nothing left at the door or at the surrounding buildings. There was also no picture. I have contacted evri and they have reccommended to speak to you about the next steps. I am hoping for a refund or possible replacement. Thankyou

In the middle of all the postal strikes. This company managed to pass my order to DPD instead of Evri. No idea when it will arrive. First time i have placed an order with Northern Runner and my last. Massively disappointed with this service.

Hello, I haven’t received my order that I placed on 10th December (today is 22nd). I haven’t received an information from the courrier (which I was told is EVRI) about delivery. I’m disappointed as my brother won’t get his present in time for Xmas but I thought I was ordering in plenty of time. Please can you let me know when I can expect the delivery? Thank you, Jess

I have not received my item, no attempt from NorthernRunner to contact the Royal Mail for an expected delivery date, just a generic, “there’s postal strikes email” which I haven’t received from other companies. Won’t be using again.

Used northern runner twice. First time I went to the shop and was sold a completely inappropriate pair of shoes on their advice. Second time I ordered through the website and was sent a completely wrong pair. Won’t ever use again

So the shoes arrived but size 6 was far too small... I then had to pay £9 to send them back recorded delivery... so lost £9 and got nothing...shouldn’t have to pay for returns... rubbish experience..bad for customers.

Appalling is all I can say. Ordered for next day delivery on a Friday and that never happened. Message from courier to say they would be delivered on the Monday..... they weren't so asked for cancellation of order. They turn up on the Wednesday. Have to now wait till Monday for courier pick up. Will definitely not be using again or offering a recommendation.

I’ve tried to contact the Newcastle shop but they never answer the phone. If you leave a voicemail they don’t get back to you. Disappointing customer service.
