“Thank you so much for your service. It was very speedy. Got my refund thank you. I would have loved to have had a 4 and half in a wide fit. I really liked the trainers they were just a little too small in length. But really loved them could get them on but pinching round the toes. Thank you so much for your service. If you had my size I would definitely buy again. Thank you.”

“I have purchased trainers from northern runner on two occasions now and my experience has been excellent both times. The prices of their products are competitive and reasonable and lots of range available, even when they go on sale! When I have had to contact customer service for an exchange, I had a super positive experience and they were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

“I needed to return a pair of shoes that unfortunately were too narrow for me and phoned the office for advice on a suitable alternative. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and took the time to recommend an alternative wide fitting shoe, which I am pleased to say arrived within 48 hours and are a perfect fit.”

“I recently bought two pairs of running shoes from Northern Runner. Ordering was simple and the shoes arrived sooner than expected. I had to return one pair as they were too small. As soon as they were delivered I received an email stating that I had been refunded for the returned shoes - no quibble. Excellent service all round.”

“I bought a pair of Inov8 shoes from Northern runner. They were a tad too small so I returned them for a replacement. The communication was superb and the delivery really quick.
