“My order arrived quickly, but was the wrong size, which actually worked out well because I had ordered half a size bigger than I normally would and having the wrong size delivered confirmed I'd made the right choice! It was fixed VERY quickly and with no fuss at all, the right order was sent out and I had it within 24 hours including a paid for return delivery. I'd recommend this company for their customer service, their price point and the quality of their products, plus the fact they are a northern company and I think we should all support local regional companies. I'd definitely use them again.”

“As a flat rather than fleet footed runner on the larger side there aren't many shops still offering wide and supportive shoes. NorthernRunner is a bit of a specialist in this area, and I've used them many times, always good prices and quick delivery.”

“Thank you so much for your service. It was very speedy. Got my refund thank you. I would have loved to have had a 4 and half in a wide fit. I really liked the trainers they were just a little too small in length. But really loved them could get them on but pinching round the toes. Thank you so much for your service. “I have purchased trainers from northern runner on two occasions now and my experience has been excellent both times. The prices of their products are competitive and reasonable and lots of range available, even when they go on sale! When I have had to contact customer service for an exchange, I had a super positive experience and they were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

“I needed to return a pair of shoes that unfortunately were too narrow for me and phoned the office for advice on a suitable alternative. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and took the time to recommend an alternative wide fitting shoe, which I am pleased to say arrived within 48 hours and are a perfect fit.”
