“This is my second pair of Hoka running shoes I've bought from Northern Runner because they are really efficient and they send the shoes postage free and at a really good price. The shoes are perfect for my weekly parkrun adventures and training. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Popped into Northern runner today to have a Gait Analysis after not running for 3 years. Michelle served me and I was up front that I didn’t know if I would buy today or not and Michelle explained the cost and my options. No pressure to buy. Northern Runner is one of the few ( maybe the only one) who does the gait analysis on a concrete floor behind the shop instead of a treadmill - this suited me as I run predominantly on pavements/roads. Michelle listed to my feedback and in the end based on her recommendations I chose the Kairos 3 stability show as a shoe I could wear in conjunction with my New Balance 860. I’d never heard of this make but trusted Michelle’s expertise. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing a new pair of shoes and their range of socks and other nutritional products for running was great. Michelle advised that after wearing them in the house for a couple of hours if I had any concerns they would replace them as long as not worn outside. Fabulous service and thank you Michelle”

“Got 2 pairs marked as "wide" but none fit my foot. Shame the returns aren't free. I got another 2 pairs from a different website and managed to get the "wide" fit and easily returned the pair that didn't fit me.”

“I really like Topo running shoes, my feet are so happy in them. Northern Runner, has lots of stock, sells them to me at the best/lowest prices I can find, they are always very helpful when I ask questions, happy to send two pairs and have a pair back etc.. So my favourite running shoe shop!”

“I would highly recommend Northern Runner… their customer service is one of the best I have experienced recently. After receiving an incorrect item, I got in touch with their customer service centre who could not do enough to rectify the issue. Correct item now received and absolute love my Hoka Sliders.”
