“Have ordered several times previously and as always, the most recent order was delivered within a couple of days, all as requested. Northern Runners prices and customer service are excellent, should you need to call them they are always very helpful. I would recommend them.”

“Great service from Northern Runner. Had to return a new pair of Altra Olympus 6 shoes bought on line - too big (my fault). Very efficient returm check and reimbursement. Alternative pair arrived very quickly. Will certainly use them again.”

“Excellent customer service! I recently bought my HOKA running shoes from Northern Runner, and the customer service was absolutely impeccable. When I called for some advice, Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful — she really took the time to understand what I needed and gave thoughtful, knowledgeable guidance. It’s rare to find such genuine, personal service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northern Runner and will definitely be shopping with them again.”
