“I ordered a pair of ghosts for hiking but unfortunately the post office lost them in transit, this wasn’t the fault of northern runner but what they did next amazed me with their customer service, I found another pair as my model had sold out, they were more money but instead of asking for the extra cash, Chris who emailed me regularly to sort the problem sent them next day delivery at no extra cost, I cannot thank Chris and Northern runner enough for the service they gave me, I will be promoting them to all my friends as this is great to see in times that are hard for everyone, well done to all staff 👏”

“I’ve been a runner for 30 years now and as well as my feet suddenly requiring a wider fit recently I also need specialist trainers that protect my back, knees and ankle. Northern Runner is not only one of the few places I can find running shoe like this, but their prices are always better than the 2 alternative stores where I can also find these trainers, and their processing and delivery was very quick and efficient. Was able to get back running days earlier than expected, so all round I’m a very happy customer.”
