“Found my off road Brook trainers were much cheaper than buying directly from Brooks itself.Delivery was very prompt. Very happy with my 2 pairs. Shoes are water proof as well. Normally they are much more expensive but price was the same”

“I was familiar with the Northern Runner store in Newcastle, having shopped there in the past, and they've always been very professional. This time, I was looking for the Altra brand, specifically the Olympus model, which is designed for wide feet. The online experience was easy, fast, and convenient. I received two pairs of the same model within a week because the first pair didn´t fit well, and the next size arrived a couple of days later. Returns were easy for me because I live in Newcastle, and I simply had to return them to the store, where they processed my refund immediately. The online store has a great selection of products on sale.”

“The website, the process, the trainers were all A1 - the delivery by DPD at the additional cost was horrendous. The two sets of trainers were delivered to a local pick up point, in unlocking it a day later I found the bag ripped out and one of the box ripped to shreds. It's only down to Brooks packaging Thier trainers very well that no damage was done to them. IF I was a collector or reseller I would have sent them back in a heart beat, they would have been completely unsellable. Complaint not put into NR but I won't use DPD ever again.”
