“I contacted NR to ask about suitable for an achilles issue I have. They were very helpful and happy to email back and forth with advise and recommendations. I took their advice and bought a pair they recommended. Very happy with them. I have now bought probably over 8 pairs of different shoes from them and they offer a great service.”

“Bit disappointed with my last order. It didn't help that the postie delivered to the wrong address to start too! Was so chuffed to be able to order the Hoka Challenge 8 in blue, however, when they arrived, the wrong size to what I ordered, was sent. Was easy to contact the team with this in hope to just get my ordered size sent through to me, but, unfortunately the size I ordered was no longer in stock. Was offered a different colour but these were more expensive and no discount on these colours was offered. I would use again, but with this order it was very disappointing.”

“I purchased a pair of Brooks Ghost Max 3 trainers in a wide fitting from Northern Runner which have proved to be a good fit and a good transition from an air boot after an injury. It was easy to use their website to purchase the trainers and delivery was prompt. The trainers were well packed and as described. They are comfortable and giving me the confidence to walk. I have returned a second pair which were too wide for me (width 2E). You need to arrange your own returns with this company, but that is straightforward with Royal Mail or DPD - check which service offers the best price. Northern Runner recommends that returns are tracked.”
