“I ordered two pairs of shoes that I had to return, before third time lucky returning to my old favourite, Altra Lone Peak. Each time I ordered, the shoes arrived within 2 days, even on the standard postal rate. When I returned them, the refund notification was instant, as soon as they were received. I really can't fault this seller for efficiency. Northern Runner are now my preferred supplier, every time.”

“Northern runner have a good range of the zero rise running shoes I like. A couple of times I have emailed them for advice before ordering and have had prompt and helpful replies. it’s clear they know what they’re talking about, and the customer service is excellent.”

“Great service from Northern Runner. Had to return a new pair of Altra Olympus 6 shoes bought on line - too big (my fault). Very efficient returm check and reimbursement. Alternative pair arrived very quickly. Will certainly use them again.”

When I called for some advice, Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful — she really took the time to understand what I needed and gave thoughtful, knowledgeable guidance. It’s rare to find such genuine, personal service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northern Runner and will definitely be shopping with them again.”
