“I'm very happy with both my purchases of running shoes which I bought online from Northern Runner. The first pair I bought didn't feel quite right when I tried them on so I had to return them. Returning them was no hassle at all. I put a note on the invoice advising that I wanted to exchange them for another style of shoe, also slightly cheaper and sent them back in the original packaging in. In less than a week, Northern Runner refunded me the difference in price and sent me the requested exchange shoes. Easy process. I subsequently bought a pair of Scott's trail shoes from Northern Runner which I'm delighted with. I will buy from them again.”
