“Being a novice online shopper I was a little apprehensive about placing an order, but the whole experience was seamless. I had a few enquiries before I placed my order, and the customer service was excellent. All my queries were fully answered within a day. When I finally got around to placing the order the shoes weren't being shown as available in my size. I emailed asking if more stock was available and received a reply stating that they would make enquiries with the distributor and get back to me. Within a couple of days I received an email saying the shoes were now available. I promptly placed an order and the shoes arrived the following day. I will have no hesitation from placing future orders with Northern Runner, whom I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.🙏”
