“Communication was excellent throughout. Dispatch and delivery was really quick and free. However, I’m awarding 5 stars because the way in which the refund was handled. The garment was close fitting, a bit too close. I returned it at my expense and upon receipt I was refunded. The process was painless. Some might expect free postage to return but I’m a realist who respects that this is a small price to pay for the convenience of shopping on line. Thanks for the service NorthenRunner.com.”

“Item delivered fast and as expected. One already has a hole in the toe after one day . They seem thinner than i recall previously..Thi sis of course not NorthernRunners fault, more manufacturing etc ill stil lorder again from them as cannot fault Northern runner for their service”

“Having osteoarthritis in a knee however to young for a surgical intervention, I bought these shoes 2 years ago in the shop in Newcastle the shoes helped me tremendously. I have now purchased an identical second pair online. Great shoes thank you. Helen”

“Everything went smooth and as I was expecting. As with all the new companies /online shops, I was a bit worried, but it was all for nothing. “I've visited the store a couple of times for advice on trainers as I suffer from hypermobility. On this occasion I couldn't make it to store but bought the most recent version of the brooks I had. Even though it was over Christmas the order was processed and delivered quickly. Thank you!”
