“Really good business, ordered 2 pairs of shoes, really quick delivery. Unfortunately i got the size wrong so had to return them. Quick email to confirm the process and that they had the size that i needed. Email received (same day) confirming the return process and they had the size and had reserved them. Shoes returned and new ones sent out on receipt of delivery. From original order, returning and receiving. new order was one week. Marvelous customer service, would use again. Highly recommended.”

“This is the fourth pair of Topo Atheltic trainers I've bought from Norther Runner. As always the shoes are great and so is the service! I emailed them first with a question as I was looking to swap models and wanted to check sizing, and they were quick to respond. My order came way faster than expected (fre postage always a bonus!). Super happy and will continue to buy from you!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, they were a bit small, so I exchanged them for another size. The exchange was a very smooth transaction and my shoes arrived very quickly. An excellent British company which I have no hesitation in recommending.”

“Really good to be able to support a small business. Good website and swift delivery. It would have been good to know that inov-8 have changed their width settings before I bought a pair had then had to return them because they were too narrow - info like that on the website would be super useful for people like me who have no running shops nearby. Helpful staff with recommendations of other varieties to try. Don't know whether I'll buy an unknown yet as losing a fiver a shot for returns is a pain.”

“Very comfy shoes and good looking. I wear them for work not running in. Because I have wide feet, high instep and a bunion I think a size up would be better for me I went .5 up and they feel slightly tight for Bare foot shoes.”
