“Fantastic service. Good price. Dispatched very quickly and, after a tiny glitch with the courier, were with me pretty much the next day. Hokas a perfect fit, very comfortable and support my feet well. Very happy with Northern Runner - recommended supplier. I will be using them again.Thank you.”

“Originally, I went into the shop in Newcastle. The customer service there is excellent. Unfortunately, they didn't have the model I wanted in the shop. So I looked on their website when I got home and ordered them. They arrived quickly, and the price was better than elsewhere.”

“No problem with Northern Runner.... Just very disappointed with the item. Bought these to give me comfort on the coast to coast walk. Meant to be for wide feet, wide toe box, all day comfort..... But they were not right for my feet. Ended up with blisters on toes and inner heel.... The width was hurting as I was walking and made me walk backward which led to quad spasms.. Couldn't finish the Coast to Coast... Had to be picked up. So disappointed. The trails will wait.. You just don't know until you try out the shoes and sadly these didnt work for my feet.”

“I ordered a pair of Olympus 6 Altra trail shoes. Northern Runner where cheaper than some well known sites for this pair of shoes. The postage was faster than the said days given and free which is always a bonus.”

“Very pleased with my trainers. I ordered the Hoka Clifton 10 which are extremely comfortable and accomodate my orthotics under the innersole, without issue. I need to wear well fitting footwear due to MSK (muscuoskeletal) issues, so I'll be ordering more pairs when the new seasonal colours are released. Highly reccomend.”

“Brilliant! Next day delivery was simply amazing.Hoka Clifton 10 were a present for my daughter who has just started running. A great product from a wonderful independent company. Incidentally you were recommended to me by two friends, who were advised by you on the most suitable product. Although I didn’t need to use them, your T&Cs were extremely generous!”
