“Northern Runner were efficient and helpful from start to finish - shoes delivered exactly when stated at the order stage; a prompt response from a real person when I explained they didn't fit and I'd be returning them; and a prompt, full refund when I did. If I want to buy running shoes online again I would certainly use NR and wish I lived near enough to shop in person.”
