“I would normally use SPORTSHOES but Northern Runner offered free postage. I was loking for something specific and it was fortunate that it was in stock with Northern Runner. So whilst their stock list is not as comprehensive as other stores, I will use them again .”

“I've had great experiences with these lovely people, both in store in Newcastle, even taking a pair of shoes out for a test run, and getting lots of valuable expertise - as well as buying online. I got a great deal for some hiking shoes for my wife and she absolutely loves them. Please support this small business, the industry needs more people like this.”

“Recently found this website as it came up in an Internet search for an item. The item was cheaper than anywhere else so i took a chance and ordered from a website I'd never heard of. I was so pleased the item arrived so quickly and i saved quite a bit of money compared to RRP. Northern Runner are now in my list of go to websites when looking for running gear!”

“Tried them out as soon as they arrived ... Yippee, perfection! Their most crucial quality is a reassuring hugging glove-like fit, so they actually feel like part of your foot. They're also light-weight and very grippy. Sounds silly, but I've never been so in charge of my feet! I bought them for running on the local moors around Haworth. which are steep uneven and often very wet. Can't wait for the next blast of Wuthering weather!”
