“As you can see, I have wide feet. VERY wide feet. Very few trainers fit me. After a lot of searching, I came across Northern Runner's excellent selection of running shoes to deal with this problem and the very clear site descriptions eventually led me to the Altra Lone Peak, which I bought. This was a great decision all round. They arrived rapidly, well packaged, and are indeed just what I needed. Thank you.”

“Great, always prefer to use small business rather than big chains or tyrants like Amazon. Always good advice and helpful staff in-store. I tried a few different pairs of shoes that I was interested in, and one pair I hadn't thought of which was recommended by staff, running up and down their corridor. They can also order in any shoes that they have listed online to try on in-store if they're not already in the store. I bought the pair that was recommended and they are great, no issues othe than a bit of heel lift but less heel lift that the other shoes I'd tried out. I also buy injini socks from here as they are my favourite not just for running but everyday socks. Tried the ultra-run type and with the thicker toes they are extremely comfortable.”

“Very good service, delivery quick and by Royal Mail so no issues with carriers. Refund received immediately product returned - none of this waiting for weeks like some companies. Reorder arrived in 3 days. All good and very pleased with the shoe - wanted a walking shoe and the Topo Traverse was perfect, fabulous fit for narrow, shallow feet! Would recommend Northern Runner and the product.”
