“The new balance 860 trainers delivered bang on time. Wear them for walking , most comfortable trainers i have ever worn. Hence this was the 3rd pair i have bought.”

“Excellent shoes delivered on time and at a good price. On the website I did seem to have selected the price without VAT at one point (which is for their international customers) so did, for a while, think I had got a better bargain than I had - which was disappointing as I couldn't see how it had happened. So worth paying attention to those selections. Overall a good experience and would happily use again”

“I can not fault the service from Northrunner. I ordered a pair of Noka trainers online which arrived two days later. Unfortunately they didn't fit. I posted them back. Unfortunately again, they didn't have the size I required, so they refunded my money on the same day. Fantastic service, thank you.”

“I very very rarely write a review. But Northern Runner really impressed me. The shoes arrived on schedule. Ordered two pair of Altras (LIVE SAVING SHOES!!!). I meant to keep the black ones, but went with the colour, that looked unappealing online, but were nice in real life -- don't take my word for it. My 24 year-old son approved, as did all my pals. The return was super fast -- I think the refund came 3 days after sending it. Never had such quick response from a seller before. All in all, they have my favourite shoes -- the only ones I can wear, given my foot shape. One tiny wish: I wear a size 44, which are available in men's shoes but not is women's. Not too much of an issue, but who knows? Maybe one day I will wear lilac ...”
