“Had been looking around, unsuccessfully, for a pair of New Balance wide fitting trail shoes. Not sure how I came across Northern Runner but I am glad I did. They had what I wanted in the size and width required and delivered very quickly. I shall definitely use them again.”

“NorthernRunner.com are a great store offering good value, prompt delivery and no delivery charges. I have just tried a new brand of running shoe in a women's size 9.5 which is often hard to find in other stores. I am very happy with the new shoes. “This was my first purchase from NorthernRunner, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again. Their website interface is excellent, with a great product range and competitive pricing. The free, fast delivery was impressive, and my order arrived in perfect condition. When I needed to return the item due to sizing issues, which you do have to pay for, which personally I had no issue with, they processed my refund quickly after receiving the return. Outstanding customer experience all around.”

“Very helpful in the Newcastle branch but didn’t have the shoes that I wanted, I tried on a pair of the same brand in the store as I’d never bought Inov8 before. Ordered when I got home and were delivered on time when they said. Have bought a few pairs of running shoes from Northern Runner due to the helpful staff & great service 😁 10 / 10”

“Ordered some Hoka Clifton 9 running shoes , normally buy from large companies to guarantee authenticity, but due to the good price of the shoes I decided to buy from NorthernRunner . The shoes are 100% genuine as I have others to compare them too . Speedy delivery and excellent service. Will definitely purchase from them again .”
