“I had ordered the wrong size, but needn't have worried as the ever so helpful staff that replied to my email gave me the returns instructions and then held onto a pair in the size that I had needed for the exchange. The exchanged trainers arrived a few days ago and they fit perfectly. Great customer service just as it should be.”

“I had experienced difficulty in finding the New Balance running shoes in the size that I needed for my husband. I did find them on NorthernRunner. I ordered them and they were delivered in the time frame that I was promised. The shoes look and feel great. I would definitely use NorthernRunner when ordering his next pair of running shoes”

“I was reseraching a zero drop shoe and discovered the Altra trainer range and also saw the UK size 14 in wide-fit was in stock at NorthernRunner, a store which I had not previously heard of. I decided to take the plunge and everything went as smooth as anything. Tracking number provided, fabulous trainers arrived which fit great. And they were £50 cheaper than elsewhere due to a sale (!). “The Hoka Speedgoat trainers I ordered were very competitively priced, ordering was easy and delivery prompt. Sadly Hoka had changed their spec on their latest model and they were too narrow for me. Fortunately the return procedure was very straightforward and the refund made immediately they received my return. I would definitely use NorthernRunner again”
