“I had ordered the wrong size, but needn't have worried as the ever so helpful staff that replied to my email gave me the returns instructions and then held onto a pair in the size that I had needed for the exchange. The exchanged trainers arrived a few days ago and they fit perfectly. Great customer service just as it should be.”

“I had experienced difficulty in finding the New Balance running shoes in the size that I needed for my husband. I did find them on NorthernRunner. I ordered them and they were delivered in the time frame that I was promised. The shoes look and feel great. I would definitely use NorthernRunner when ordering his next pair of running shoes”

“I was reseraching a zero drop shoe and discovered the Altra trainer range and also saw the UK size 14 in wide-fit was in stock at NorthernRunner, a store which I had not previously heard of. I decided to take the plunge and everything went as smooth as anything. Tracking number provided, fabulous trainers arrived which fit great. And they were £50 cheaper than elsewhere due to a sale (!).
