“Absolutely amazing delivery! Ordered at 8pm on Wednesday evening, parcel was delivered Friday afternoon. Unfortunately the running shoes I ordered were not quite right for me, so I have had to return them. Hoping the refund process is just as efficient!”

“I was searching for a pair of la sportiva cyklon cross gtx trail shoes, finding a shop with these in stock was very difficult. After a short phone call to Northern runner they said they will order my size in, and once they had them they would phone me for payment. This was refreshing as they wasn't just trying to take my money. The following day I received the call they had them. I paid and received them the next day. Great service I would trust and recommend this company.”

“I had bought the wrong size. The procedure of returning - refunding - reordering online and finally delivery could not have been better. The email correspondence was extremely prompt and efficient. Living I. Northern Ireland not always to get the right size. So as my 1st experience of Northern Runner I will in the future be ordering from you. “I have used Northern Runner a few times now for running shoes and some clothing. Definitely recommend them. In the past I have emailed to get advice on fit, they took the time with an informative response that really helped i.e. not just generic 'true to size' and have now ordered various Altras and Topos over the years. Recommended.”

“Customer service was second to none. The Sportiva boots I bought unfortunately have not been what I expected, they where the 'wide fit' version but they are anything but and I now looking for another pair of boots as they have become uncomfortable. Really struggling to find a comfortable fitting walking boot at the moment, I don't understand why nearly all brands are so narrow fitting, and I haven't got particularly wide feet according to the shop I recently had my feet measured at.”
