“Exceptional! My specialist running shop closed in Cardiff. Luckily I found Northern Runner online. I easily found my desired running shoe- wide and with high stability. They arrived within two days. Great cost and perfect condition. Loved the free delivery. Looks like I’ve found my new running shop. Highly recommended.”

“I brought a pair of Topo Athletic SS21 Ultraventure Pro Womens inTeal/Mint from Northern Runner. I was very pleased with the customer service provided and the shoes were dispatched promptly. The Topo shoes fit perfectly, as described with excellent width in the toe box. I have worn them for a competitive walking challenge as well as for general trail walking and they have been very comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“I came in this morning to just try on some Hoka branded shoes.id been recommended by a physio as I have pronation and hyper mobility issues. The female member of staff couldn't have done more. She offered other brands, looked at my gait whilst walking, tried the men's fit as an alternative as apparently hoka womens wide is the same as men's regular. So I really knew what would suit me. They didn't have the exact best fit but they followed up with a call once the new stock order was checked, within a few hours. Awesome service and no hard sell. Just expert , caring advice. I need these for walking so I'm not even a runner , but have purchased so many white elephants, a trip into Newcastle was needed and I'm so glad I chose Northern runners! Can't recommend enough. I'll be back.”

“I'd tried to buy good running shoes cheaply from "iffy" website recently. Eventually secured refund from my credit card provider. Immediately bought same shoes from NorthernRunner. They arrived within 4 days! Absolutely delighted with them having just returned from first run. Thank you much appreciated & lesson learnt!”

“I ordered a of pairs of Brooks running shoes from their extensive range of training shoes and I was so impressed with the service that I ordered a second pair . It was easy to browse their website and to arrange payment. The shoes were delivered within 3 days, very good service! There is also a easy to use returns policy (which I didn't use). I will certainly buy from NorthernRunner again.”
