“I wanted to get a second pair of recent successful shoes as new stock was coming in and the prices would now be more affordable. However, I was in some doubt after I had placed the order, that I was buying the right shoe. I had read about a 'version 2' of the shoe and was worried. So I wrote, expecting a reply 'within 48 hours'. No reply. The shoes were what I was hoping for when they arrived but goodwill is what brings purchasers back. Not being ignored once you've paid.”

“I’m really happy with my purchase of my New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080s. They were cheaper than anywhere else and they had the 4E version for my wide feet. I received less than 24 hours of placing the order. I ordered on the Friday and received next day on the Saturday. It was really great service and the trainers are so good. Highly recommended. 5 stars!”
