“I always find Northern Runner very efficient for my online orders. They have a good range of trainers and delivery is prompt. Where I've had queries they've always been dealt with appropriately.”

“Excellent service, slightly let down by the courier not delivering to the house, so had to collect from parcel point. Would suggest using Royal mail, as they seem to at least deliver more effectiently,”

“Always buy my shoes from Northern Runner, have done for about five years now. I'm down south and not sure how I came across their online store. However, the deals are always great (I have wide feet), and the delivery very efficient, but what I really like is the amount of filters you can use in the search terms to really get the list of shoes that are going to work for you.”

“I spent an hour in store on Newcastle with Michelle . She was amazingly helpful . So I ordered online as the size I wanted was not in store but all delivered and so happy . Will definitely be ordering more trainers when appropriate in future .”

“Quality items arrived quickly, as ordered. Injini socks were very comfy. Unfortunately I had ordered shorts so short they barely covered my modesty ( my mistake!) and returned them, which was a quick , no fuss process.”

“I found this company to be one of the best online retailers I have used. My order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had chosen the incorrect size. The return was easy and the swap took a couple of days. I was very well informed by email at every stage of the process.
