“I ordered from NorthernRunner as their prices were competitive. The shoes arrived really quickly, but unfortunately they were too big for me so I asked for an exchange. This was dispatched the day after I sent off the return and I had an email keeping me informed. When I realised that the new size didn’t suit me either I requested a refund. The confirmation of my refund came through the next working day after I returned the shoes. I will definitely order from them again as it was so quick and easy.”
