“Can't speak highly enough about the customer service and the help I received from Chris. Ordered a pair of Altras at excellent sale price and were posted to me but Royal Mail delivered to another address. After contacting Chris in customer service another pair was sent out to me and I received them within two days. Without doubt I will be using Northern Runner in the future.”

“Great friendly service. One sale item ordered was out of stock in my size but offered to substitute with same style (full price) in different colour for the same price. Also posted out first class so items would arrive for the weekend. Would definitely use again!”
