“Visited the store to buy a voucher and thoroughly impressed by staff dealing with other customers being fitted for shoes. Knowledge and effort just fantastic. Tin lid on the right place for a a gift for a runner. Also great stock.”

“Brilliant company to deal with. Shame the shoes were just too big for me, but the customer service was fantastic, they were initially delivered in record time and upon sending back they were refunded within 48 hours. Just wish every company was this easy to deal with. Thankyou”

“Brought some Icebug Trail Trainers not for running but field hockey as I find running trainers are lighter with better cushioning as these are perfect. The trainers were well packaged, delivered quickly and at a good price.”

“I HAVE USED NORTHERN RUNNER FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS NOW AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE WHTHER IN THE SHOP OR ON-LINE. MY RECENT SHOE ORDER ARRIVED BEFORE I EXPECTED IT TO WHICH WAS A WELCOME BONUS.”
