“Excellent service. I accidentally ordered the incorrect shoes and had ordered them on next day delivery. Emailed them to cancel expecting them to ship before I got a respsonse, but got a really fast response confirming the cancellation and refund which was processed immediately. My replacement order was received very next day with good trackint and communications. Thanks.”

“Service and prompt delivery but the particular style was wrong for me so they were returned for a refund. Why is it so difficult to get Brooks Adrenaline Women's style in white? They are the only shoes that really fit me.”

“The running shoes I bought from Northen Runner are grerat. I had given up on running due to sore knees and hips but thankfully I discovered zero-drop shoes. I can run every day with no disabling pain. My only issue with Northen Runner is that the costs of returning shoes can mount up. On this occasion the first pair did not fit so I had to return them at the cost of almost £7. I think next time I will just go into town and try on shoes. To be fair the cost of returning internet purchases is not just assocciated with this on-line store.”

“Great range of shoes with clear descriptions of variables on a shoe. Altra shoes arrived quicker than expected and the wider toe box enables them to fit really comfortably for my arthritic feet that has relieved pain.”
