“The trainers I ordered arrived as expected. Unfortunately they were too small and because they didn't have the half a size larger in the same, I chose a different pair. I emailed them asking them to reserve the new pair. I got a very quick reply saying they had reserved them for me and reassured me that returning them was fine. My second pair arrived quickly and fit! I would recommend NorthernRunner because communication is speedy and if you have a problem they are willing to sort it out. Brilliant trainers too.😁😁😁”
