“Purchased the Hoka Bondi 9 in Rose latte. I had looked EVERYWHERE to find my size in this colourway and I was so incredibly happy when I spotted them on Northern Runner. The shipping and delivery was super speedy. Will definitely be ordering again from here over the larger chains!”

“All good with delivery - just unfortunately shoes were sized very small so I had to send them back. This cost me ten percent of the shoe price which is a shame when some companies offer free returns. But I knew this before purchasing and on the positive side I was amazed at the speed of the refund which was processed the same day as my return parcel was delivered.”

“Had a very good experience buying new shoes from Northern Runner. Delivery was quick and they had exactly the wide shoes that I wanted and at a discount as well! They have a good variety of shoes and typically at very competitive prices so I highly recommend this store.”

“I ordered a pair of running shoes online. Unfortunately Royal Mail lost the parcel en-route. Not the fault of Northern Runner. Chris and his colleagues did their best to salvage the situation, and I got a nice pair of running shoes, albeit a week later than planned. Helpful customer service, let down by Royal Mail.”
