“Highly recommend this company. I've placed 3 orders recently and all arrived promptly. I had to return one order made in error and money was refunded the day they received the order back. My son has many foot issues but the website gives detailed descriptions of the shoes so he is able to make informed decisions about which shoes may work for him.”

“Good running shoes at good price,I find the Clifton 9 are slightly more snug fit than Clifton 8, seem to have more padding and higher arch wich some may not find comfy but I don't do many miles, size up half size, I normally take a 5 in shoes but 5.5 in Hokas”

“Exceptionally quick delivery of the trail running shoes I was looking for and bought. The trail shoes fit well and I have used them out on the hills. I would buy from Northern Runner again.”

“Great in store customer service, a very informative and friendly lady helped me find the perfect running shoes, she assesed my gate and running style, she also showed me some exercises to help with some tightness in my hamstring. I will definitely be buying all my running shoes form this store in the future. i have quite wide feet that are a wierd shape so it's very hard to find shoes that fit properly and don't hurt nerer mind shoes that I can run in, i am verry happy thank you :)”

“Trainers arrived promptly, service excellent. Fitting guide especially useful as I required a large toe area. Ended up ordering a smaller size to ensure best fit. Returns dealt with very quickly.”

“Ordered a pair of Innov8 Roclite gtx running shoes and an Innov8 running jacket. The shoes were slightly narrow, so sent back for a half size up. No dramas and the return was easy and quick. Really good service by NorthernRunner. Would purchase from them again.”
