“First night sleep I noticed a big difference to other pillows. Had zero neck pain. Also, as a sufferer of night sweats, I was surprised to wake up without a bead of sweat on my head. Pillow works fantastic at keeping my head cool as well as smelling fresher for longer due to the charcoal infusion.”

“After reading the product details on the Panda website I was persuaded to purchase the mattress topper. Flagged on the site was the option to return within 30 days if not satisfied. Hidden on a page in much smaller print was that this only applies to those bought from their site. The topper was described as being “orthopaedic” “supporting back, neck and hips in perfect alignment” however when any weight is applied, the topper reduces to wafer thin thickness. This makes any support impossible. I feel that the description is ambitious in its claim. I immediately contact Panda to return the product but was told that I have to contact the company that it was bought from. This company will not accept any product which has been opened. I’m sure the majority of people especially pensioners as myself, in these financially difficult times, find a product and then shop around for the best price. Disappointed and left with a product that I feel does not meet its description.”
